Right
in the thick of it!!
Wonderful location.
5
minute walk to Vielle Ville-- the very old part of town with "ruelles"
instead of streets.
3 min. walk (2 blocks) to Old Port harbor restaurants, ships,
and antique stores.
One bedroom apartment, spacious living room, open kitchen.
Windows on street side with great balcony, and quiet balcony off
bedroom-- calm side.
Non-smoking.
Furnished.
(French) 2nd floor, rue Bonaparte-- where Napoleon lived for some
time in the 1790's.
Restaurants, bistros, boutiques, antique stores, the Port, cafes,
shops, the beach-- all at your feet.
No car required.
Front Balcony faces full South :-)
EVERYTHING you need to live is available within 100 meters (or
yards) distance from the apartment.
Location, location, location.
To the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches is a 20 minute walk
We
are two blocks from the Old Port (the indentation of water seen
here on the left - also see the map below)

I
would NOT recommend this apartment for a beach oriented vacation.
You can find something closer if you are beach oriented.
The Jazz Fest in Nice
|
The biggest
names in jazz have been performing in Nice amid the olive
groves in the magnificent Arenes et Jardins de Cimiez since
1948: James Brown, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Didier Lockwood,
Maceo Parker, Claude Nougaro, Lou Reed, Chick Corea and
Martial Solal, to name but a few. The infectious atmosphere
spreads to a selection of private venues during the festival,
as jazz takes over the beaches and nightclubs. Don't miss
the jam sessions at the Radisson. Tickets are available
from FNAC or on-site. |
